In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the bbo30 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not eligible to hold a bbo30 Account.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. bbo30 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which the use of online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law at the time each gaming session takes place.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by bbo30 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body — that covers the type of gaming activity you intend to engage in.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of bbo30 products and services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

1. One Account Per Individual: Each person may register and maintain only one bbo30 Account. The creation of multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. bbo30 will use this information for KYC verification and to process financial transactions. Fictitious or borrowed identities are not permitted.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must notify bbo30 immediately at support@bbo30.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. KYC Verification: bbo30 may require you to submit a government-issued identity document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and, in some cases, proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
5. Contact Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. bbo30 accepts no liability for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated information held on your account.

All financial transactions on the bbo30 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Approved Deposit Methods

bbo30 accepts deposits via the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits submitted via channels not listed above may be rejected and returned to the originating account at the Member's expense.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to the Member's bbo30 Account within 5–15 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or scheduled bank maintenance windows.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Members must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page within the Member dashboard.
• bbo30 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Processing may take longer in exceptional circumstances.
• Any Real Money Balance that has been funded by a deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This single-rollover requirement does not apply to winnings from Bonus Balance — those are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in Clause 5.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per deposit and withdrawal method. Current limits are displayed within the Member dashboard. bbo30 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice communicated via the platform.

bbo30 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members in good standing unless the specific promotion states otherwise. bbo30 reserves the right to exclude individual Members from specific promotions at its reasonable discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from Bonus Balance wagers must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 5x, 10x, or 30x) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated on that promotion's terms page.
• Minimum Odds: For sportsbook bonuses, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count toward Wagering Requirement completion.
• Eligible Games: Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots, live casino, sportsbook). Wagers placed on excluded game types will not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion and, in some cases, may void the bonus entirely.
• Expiry: All bonus offers carry an expiry date. Any uncompleted Wagering Requirement or unclaimed bonus that remains outstanding after the expiry date will be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's Account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while an existing Wagering Requirement is active may cancel the outstanding bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: bbo30 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has exploited a promotional offer in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting, or coordinated group play.

All games available on the bbo30 platform — including live casino games, slot gacor (high-payout slots), sportsbook markets, Sakong, and Live Roulette — operate under the following fair play principles:

• RNG Certification: All random-number-determined games (slots, virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generators sourced from audited studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. RNG certification documents are available from the respective studios upon request.
• Live Dealer Integrity: Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and partner providers. All dealing and game outcomes are conducted under studio-level surveillance and are not manipulable by bbo30 or the Member.
• Sportsbook Settlement: Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, BRI Liga 1, PSSI). In the event of a dispute, the recorded data from bbo30's official data provider will serve as the reference.
• Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software errors or display glitches; collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes; and any form of cheating, fraud, or deception.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, the affected round(s) may be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account. bbo30 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

bbo30 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members manage their play. The following responsible gaming features are available within every Member dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure on-screen notifications that display the duration of the current gaming session at set intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply a self-exclusion period of between 7 days and 5 years directly from their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account is suspended and cannot be used for any gaming activity. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of elapsed playing time and net gaming activity are available for Members who opt in to this feature.

All content published on the bbo30 platform — including but not limited to the bbo30 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bbo30 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

By accessing the bbo30 platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bbo30 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any bbo30 software or game content;
• Use the bbo30 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bbo30 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of bbo30 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbo30 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bbo30 platform;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service failures that are outside bbo30's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information, promotional content, or odds displayed on the platform that is later found to contain an error — bbo30 reserves the right to void any transaction based on a manifest error.

Where bbo30's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total net deposits made by the Member to their bbo30 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbo30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• bbo30 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers;
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 6;
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose bbo30 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining may be forfeited at bbo30's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated by the Member in good standing, any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@bbo30.app. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bbo30 holds its international gaming licence. For matters relating to Indonesian consumer rights and data protection obligations applicable to Indonesian residents, the relevant provisions of Indonesian law shall apply concurrently to the extent required by statute.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bbo30 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

bbo30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bbo30 will notify active Members via a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, via the email address or contact method registered on the Member's Account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the bbo30 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 10.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible via the footer of every page on the bbo30 platform at /terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent update.
